Viticulture Essential Edition

Turn a modest Tuscan vineyard into a successful winery in this seasonal worker-placement game. Begin with a small property and a limited workforce, then decide how to divide your attention between planting vines, harvesting grapes, making wine, improving buildings, and filling orders.

Summer and winter offer different actions, and the most useful spaces may be occupied before your next turn. Visitor cards provide additional opportunities and can change the value of your plans, while the wines you produce and age help you satisfy increasingly rewarding orders.

Essential Edition combines the core Viticulture experience with selected material from the original Tuscany expansion, including Mamas & Papas, Fields, revised and expanded Visitor cards, and Automa cards for solo play. It is a standalone game, not an expansion requiring an earlier copy of Viticulture.
